Rulifson, a native of Oregon born in 1887 -- Rulifson lived on a 160-acre homestead near Portland, and belonged to a local Christian Church and chorus groups. This is a delightful small Victorian Album given to a Mary Cornish Christmas 1888, in which her friends contribute passages of verse and proverbs through the following year of 1889.
